SMJSS is an independent case-assessment service — not a law firm, hospital, or government body, and does not guarantee acceptance, compensation, or outcomes.
Case Assessment · Not Legal Representation

Have you or your family experienced injustice, loss, or hardship related to a doctor, hospital, or any medical matter?

A structured, professional review of Medical Negligence & Other Medical Matters — for patients, victims, and families dealing with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, or medical regulatory authorities.

Case Assessment

We do not promise specific outcomes. Instead, we help you understand, before you invest your time, money, and emotional energy, whether your case has sufficient merit and supporting evidence to pursue further.

Our Commitment

We are investing valuable time and resources here. Will that investment lead to the right outcome? You deserve complete and proper justice.

You must get justice — the wrongdoer must be held accountable.

Why This Exists

Most people don't know if their case is actually strong.

Many people facing a medical negligence issue don't know whether sufficient evidence exists, whether important evidence is missing, or which authority is appropriate for their situation. Some spend years pursuing weak cases. Others abandon strong cases simply because they lack direction.

SMJSS is for

  • Patients and families affected by suspected medical negligence
  • Those unsure whether their case has sufficient evidence to proceed
  • Those who don't know which authority (medical council, consumer court, central body) applies to their situation
  • Those who want an independent, professional view before committing further time and resources

SMJSS is not

  • A law firm, and does not provide legal representation
  • A hospital, clinic, or medical opinion service
  • A guarantee of case acceptance, compensation, or outcome
  • A platform for general medical or legal advice
How It Works

Two ways to begin — both start here.

There is no case management portal or automated system in this early stage. Every submission is reviewed personally.

Path A · Free

Share a brief summary of your case

Submit your State and a short summary (no documents). You'll receive an acknowledgement with a reference ID — this is a preliminary record, not an assessment.

Path B · ₹999 Detailed Assessment
1

Request Assessment

Submit your name and mobile number to request the ₹999 detailed assessment. We will contact you directly — by phone or WhatsApp — with payment instructions.

2

Complete Payment & Email Details

Once payment is confirmed, we'll email you instructions to send a case summary (maximum 2 pages) along with supporting proofs, reports, and documents relevant to the allegations in your case.

3

Receive Professional Assessment

Your case is reviewed against the available facts and documentation. We will let you know whether further support may be appropriate — and if so, what that involves.

Free · Preliminary

From the Founder
"This platform is built on years of direct, first-hand experience navigating medical negligence complaints across regulatory authorities — understanding first-hand how confusing, slow, and disheartening the process can be without proper direction. SMJSS exists to give people that direction, honestly and without false promises."
